  • 1 gourmet cube with spirulina algae
  • 300 g squid 
  • 225 g cod
  • 50 g mussels (frozen, net weight)
  • 50 prawns (frozen, net weight)
  • 400 ml tomato puree 
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • to taste Parsley
  • qb Chilli powder (optional)
  • to taste Extra virgin olive oil

Let's prepare it together!
